Terms and Conditions — m999 Pakistan Online Betting Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, certain words carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you interpret your rights and obligations on m999 accurately.

By accessing m999, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is legally binding.

To use m999's real money services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals who meet the age and residency requirements set out in these Terms.

When registering on m999, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted one registered account on m999. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. m999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all related accounts will be closed and balances permanently forfeited without appeal.

• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including any bets placed or deposits made.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact m999 support immediately at support@m999-bangla.com.
• m999 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• Account usernames cannot be changed once set. Choose your username carefully during registration.

m999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

m999 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years for all real money account holders and betting activity. This is not a guideline — it is a hard requirement enforced at registration and throughout your time as an m999 player.

During registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 or older. m999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identity document. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory age verification, their account will be suspended and all deposits refunded. Winnings accrued by an underage player will not be paid out.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed m999 using your account or personal details, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including permanent closure of the account and referral to child safeguarding services if required.

All financial transactions on m999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on m999 is Rs 500. Deposits are processed immediately in most cases. m999 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check these with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on m999 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes on average during operating hours. Bank transfers via IBFT may take 1–2 working days depending on your bank. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified. You may be asked to submit CNIC or other documents.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• m999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• If bonus funds are active in your account, your real money balance is prioritised for withdrawal. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Attempting to reverse a withdrawal back to your playing balance may result in restrictions on future withdrawal processing speed.

m999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. The general principles below apply to all m999 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

Welcome Bonus: The m999 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. The bonus is credited as a percentage match of the deposit amount, up to the stated maximum. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Claiming bonuses on behalf of another player or as part of a coordinated group constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus balances expire after this window.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for contribution percentages.
• m999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any active promotion with 24 hours' notice to affected players.

• A maximum bonus conversion cap may apply on some promotions. This means winnings derived from bonus play above a stated multiple of the bonus amount may not be convertible to real money.

All bets placed on m999 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules may apply and are published in the relevant sports betting section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. m999 does not guarantee that odds will remain at any particular level.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed due to technical issues are void and any stake is returned.
• m999 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts and maximum payout amounts on any market. These limits are visible before bet placement.
• If a match or event is cancelled before it reaches the defined completion threshold, bets will be voided and stakes returned. The specific completion threshold per sport is published in the sport-specific rules section.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Delays in connection on the player's side do not entitle a player to odds that were current at an earlier moment.
• m999 may void any bet where it identifies that the odds were materially incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the event has completed.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win or cover for the full accumulator to pay out. If a selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that selection.
• m999 reserves the right to limit betting access on specific markets or to specific players where patterns of advantage betting are detected.

All cricket-specific betting rules — including m999's live PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test match rules — are available in the cricket betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

All casino games available on m999 — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, poker, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair mechanisms. Results cannot be influenced by m999 or any third party.

Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand a game's rules before wagering real money. m999 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Where a game malfunctions or a technical error occurs during play, m999 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake. Winnings derived from a technical malfunction are not payable.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full in PKR. Large jackpot payouts may be processed in instalments with the schedule communicated to the winning player.
• Live dealer games are governed by the studio's own procedural rules in addition to m999's Terms. These are displayed at the table.
• m999 Poker tournaments follow published tournament rules including blind structures, late registration windows, re-buy and add-on eligibility, and prize pool distribution schedules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on m999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

• Operating multiple accounts — registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple identities.
• Collusion — working with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Fraud and money laundering — using m999 to launder funds, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any fraudulent financial activity.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating payment chargebacks after funds have been used for betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors — using or attempting to use software bugs, glitches, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play casino games without human input.
• Match fixing or inside information — placing bets using privileged information about the outcome of a sporting event not available to the general public.
• Threats or abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at m999 staff or other players.

m999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request — including self-exclusion — any real money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure regardless of the reason.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. m999 will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the player within 30 days of the closure.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded players may request account reactivation after the chosen exclusion period, subject to a 7-day cooling-off period and re-verification.

m999 is committed to providing a safe betting environment. These Terms require all players to engage with the platform responsibly. Players acknowledging these Terms also acknowledge their personal responsibility for managing their gambling activity.

• Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits using the tools available in account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• m999 will honour self-exclusion requests made through any communication channel — live chat, email, or the in-platform settings page.
• Players showing signs of problem gambling behaviour may be contacted by m999's responsible gaming team. Participation in such outreach is voluntary but strongly encouraged.

Personal data provided during registration and subsequent KYC processes is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. m999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

m999 may share player data with payment processors, licensed game providers, and regulatory authorities where required. All third-party data-sharing arrangements are governed by data processing agreements meeting applicable data protection standards.

All content on the m999 platform — including the m999 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of m999 or its licensed third-party partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the m999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any m999 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of m999's intellectual property will result in account closure and may result in legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m999's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m999 is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity issues on the player's side; the player's own device failures; delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers; or events outside m999's reasonable control including service outages by third-party game studios.

m999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. m999 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance via in-platform notifications.

m999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to registered players via email and in-platform notification at least 7 days before coming into effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at /terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you disagree with any amendment, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of m999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through m999's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

m999 operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority. Licence details are available to verified players on request via the support team. m999 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and cooperates with regulatory inquiries.

m999 takes all player complaints seriously. If you have a concern about your account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, please follow the process below.
